Within the framework of the exhibition "Gulfood 2025", Estonian companies presented a variety of innovations in the food sector, starting with plant-based alternatives and products for health, supported by collagen, and concluding with organic products and advanced food technologies. This was done in response to the growing demand in the UAE for healthy and sustainable products.

Among the presented products at the exhibition were organic products for children, allergen-free sunflower seed oil, and also momental coffee made from the best beans.

Many participants at the exhibition, Estonian companies, achieved notable success, receiving awards for innovations in the food industry. This reflects their growing influence on the global food market and beverages.

Export consultant of the Estonian Agency for Development of Entrepreneurship "Enterprise Estonia" Fatumat Tal expressed pride in Estonia's participation in "Gulfood 2025", emphasizing the key role of Estonian companies in the development of an innovative food system in the UAE.

Tal noted that Estonia possesses advanced skills in food technologies and organic production, while the food industry sector accounts for 8% of the country's gross domestic product. She highlighted the prospects for collaboration and partnership with industry leaders in the UAE, integrating Estonian technological solutions with the ambitious vision of the country in the field of sustainable food security.
